Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the RadioSoft WhatsApp Panel (whatsapp.rndserp.com), operated by RnD Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business Account through this panel, you agree to these Terms.

What this service does

The RadioSoft WhatsApp Panel is a Meta Tech Provider integration that lets RadioSoft client businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) so RadioSoft can send transactional WhatsApp messages — invoices, order updates, payment receipts, and similar customer communications — on their behalf.

Account access

There is no public self-signup. Client accounts are created by our team after an enquiry is reviewed and approved. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Your WhatsApp Business Account

• You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account via Meta's Embedded Signup — we do not create or own this account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for your own Meta billing — as a Tech Provider, we do not extend credit or bill you for WhatsApp usage; you pay Meta directly.
• You are responsible for the content of message templates you submit for approval, and for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable messaging/consent laws for your customers.
• You may disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from the panel, or revoke our access via Meta Business Settings, at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages without proper opt-in consent from recipients
• Send spam, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies or applicable law
• Attempt to access another client's account, data, or WhatsApp Business Account

Service availability

We aim to keep the panel available and messages flowing reliably, but message delivery ultimately depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which is outside our control. We are not liable for delays, failures, or restrictions imposed by Meta.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the panel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
