Data Deletion Instructions

RnD Software Solutions operates the RadioSoft WhatsApp Panel, a Meta Tech Provider integration that lets client businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to send transactional messages — invoices, order updates, and payment receipts — to their customers.

This page explains what information we store through this integration, and how a client business or an end customer can request that their data be deleted.

What data we store

When a business connects their WhatsApp Business Account via Embedded Signup, we store:

• WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID and associated phone number ID
• Business name and display phone number
• An access token, encrypted at rest, used to send messages and manage templates on the client's behalf
• Message delivery status and template usage logs, for support and troubleshooting

We do not store end-customer personal conversation content beyond what is required to deliver the transactional messages (invoices, order updates, etc.) a connected business has configured.

How to request deletion

• Disconnect directly: from within the panel, go to WhatsApp Settings → Disconnect WhatsApp. This immediately revokes our access to your WhatsApp Business Account and schedules deletion of associated stored data.
• Email request: send a request to rsk.sol@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including your registered business name and the WhatsApp phone number connected to RadioSoft. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
• Via Meta: you can also remove our app's access directly from your Meta Business Settings at any time (Business Settings → Integrations → Apps), which independently revokes our access to your WhatsApp Business Account.

What happens after a deletion request

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently delete the stored access token, WABA/phone number associations, and related integration records, except where we are legally required to retain limited records (for example, invoicing/tax records) for a longer period under applicable law.
