This Privacy Policy describes how RnD Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the RadioSoft WhatsApp Panel (this site, whatsapp.rndserp.com), a Meta Tech Provider integration that lets our client businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to RadioSoft.

Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups: (1) client businesses who use the RadioSoft WhatsApp Panel to connect and manage their WABA, and (2) end customers of those businesses who receive WhatsApp messages sent through this integration.

Information we collect

• From client businesses: business name, contact name, phone, email (via the enquiry form and account setup), and — once connected via Embedded Signup — WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display phone number, and an access token used to send messages on the client's behalf.
• From end customers: the WhatsApp phone number a message is sent to, message content (invoices, order updates, receipts) generated by RadioSoft, and delivery status (sent, delivered, read, failed) reported back by Meta.
• Automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, access times) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use this information

• To operate the WhatsApp integration: sending invoices, order updates, and receipts on behalf of connected client businesses
• To manage message templates and confirm delivery status
• To respond to enquiries and set up client accounts
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use end-customer message content for advertising. We do not access a client's WhatsApp Business Account for any purpose beyond sending the transactional messages that business has configured through RadioSoft.

Data sharing

Information is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. as required to operate the WhatsApp Business Platform (this is inherent to how WhatsApp messaging works). We do not share client or end-customer data with any other third party except as required by law.

Data retention

We retain connection details and message logs for as long as a client's WhatsApp integration remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and legal/tax record-keeping. See our Data Deletion page for how to request earlier deletion.

Your rights

Client businesses can disconnect their WhatsApp Business Account at any time from within the panel, or by removing our app's access directly in their Meta Business Settings. End customers can contact the business they received a message from, or reach us directly using the details below.
